This was for a lady who told me to do "whatever... just make it colorful." I got this idea from one of the Wilton books. She was happy with it.
This was for a girl turning 12. Her mom told me she wanted purple and stars. The bottom (8") is the darn good chocolate cake with Oreo BC filling, the top layer (6") is WASC with whipped ganache filling. Decorated with vanilla BC and fondant.
This was for a man turning 60. He has around 45,000 chickens and the customer asked me to do something with chickens. This is the darn good chocolate cake with Oreo BC filling. The basket weave is whipped chocolate ganache mixed with BC. The rest is vanilla BC and fondant.
This is a WASC with lemon buttercream. I tasted the cake scraps wtih the lemon buttercream and It was a great combination.

This was a marble cake using the Fiddler on the Roof recipe in the Cake Dr. cookbook. It had chocolate buttercream, ganache, and chocolate covered strawberries. This was a practice cake I made. (Maybe I can get a few orders for Father's Day?!?!)
This was my first attempt at a fondant bow. This was just a practice cake I did for a friend. I wish I would have had pink buttercream instead of the white.
