Jungle Boogie
Three tiers, 14" 10" 8" of marble cake with french vanilla/graham cracker filling, french vanilla cake with oreo cookie filling and lemon cake with lemon curd. Chocolate fondant hopefully made to look like a rock and hand sculpted frogs, snakes, leaves etc. My daughter loves snakes and that was her theme this 7th birthday. Thanks for looking!

5-Tier Round Wedding Cake
My first large wedding! 14" 12" 10" 8" 6" round ivory buttercream tiers. The bottom was Orange Blossom cake with Apricot/Pineapple filling. The 10" was Bridal Bliss cake with Strawberry Mousse filling. The top three tiers were Almond Delight with Vanilla Mousse Filling. Handmade turquoise & burnt orange gelatin butterflies (really fun to make) and tons of glitter! The flowers were fresh orchids and roses. I wish the cake was shown with the rest of the room...it was spectacular!

Princess Castle
My first castle!! I have wanted to make one forever and finally someone ordered one. Its a 10", 6" & 4" french vanilla sour cream cake with peanut butter cup mousse filling. Buttercream iced with fondant covered RCT towers and ice cream cone tops. The only thing not edible was the flags. It turned out way bigger than I thought! Lesson learned for next time. Thanks for looking.

Space Shuttle
A 10" round cake base with 4" stacked cakes for the shuttle and krispie treat "jet packs". The cake was triple chocolate fudge with oreo filling - a popular combination this week. All icing in buttercream. I was really worried the shuttle would fall so I triple doweled it and "glued" the heck out of it with the buttercream flames. The shuttle made it to the party and was even removed and taken home.

Baby Blocks
The lady brought me a photo of a similar cake with square tiers but it was huge so I scaled it down to 10" 7" and 3" rounds of yellow/fudge marble with french vanilla mousse filling. Iced in buttercream with gelatin butterflies. The baby bottle on top matched the party favors for the shower. Oh yeah - and tons of glitter!

Finding Nemo
My daughter begged to have Nemo for her 3rd birthday and I needed practice stacking for a wedding coming up. So here we have four tiers, 14", 10", 7" 4", iced in buttercream, with fondant shells. The characters are toys, not edible, but she wanted to play with them afterward. The paper Nemo topper matched her party hats! It was really fun to make!
