  • Dot Wedding Cake Buttercream icing with fondant dots. The flowers are fake because I didn't know at the time how to make gumpaste flowers.
  • Baseball Field I made this for my nephew who eats, sleeps and breathes baseball. It is buttercream with fondant bases and brown sugar "dirt".
  • Guitar Cake Made this for my nephew's 16th birthday. It's a replica of his own guitar.
  • Kassi's Cake This was for a cousin's quinceanera. I had a lot of fun working on this one. Simple yet elegant.

  • 3-Tier Chocolate Covered Strawberry 3 tier whipped buttercream with chocolate covered strawberries.
  • New Year Cake Made for a family new year get together. Everyone loved it!!!
  • Topsy Turvy This was my first topsy turvy cake. It was a bit of a challenge, but it didn't turn out that bad. I think I learned a lot from this...
  • Two Tier Flower Cake This was my final cake for class. The flower on top is made of royal icing. I had tons of fun with this one!!!
  • Fondant Bow All the roses were made with a mold.
