It's a butter vanilla cake. Covered with a recipe i found on here choc. buttercream mmmm it tasted like fudge! figures are fondant (yuck) i didn't enough time to make my own oh well.I say it everytime thanks cc you are the best! could not have done it with out you!

Baby Shower Cake For Cousin

I asked my cousin to take a look at some of the cakes in the baby shower section to see if there was any thing that she liked, she fell in love with a cake made by rmelendrez so this is my take on her cake. thank you for posting it. It was a big hit and only the 3rd cake i've ever done! it's butter cream with strawberry filling and the words are royal icing of course the ducks are rubber :) thanks to this site i could not have done any of this with out any of you!

Strawberry Shortcake Cake

My daugther and her cousin just love her so my sister in law and i did a strawberry party for them and this was a wilton pan i used. all butter cream. Cute huh!
