Lost Series Finale Cake
I used the Wilton train pan for the island shape, green and beige buttercream icing, fondant accents and figures, graham cracker sand with a little glitter dust, blue icing covered with blue piping gel for the water. For the palm trees I followed the Wilton website instructions (kept breaking on me though). I tried to incorporate images from the show: Jack n Locke, crashed plane, polar bear, statue, hole with body (head) in it, sub, numbers, game, wine bottle, cave of light, loom, n a couple suitcases.

Xbox, 360 / Left 4 Dead
The Xbox 360 game console was trimmed from an 11x15' cake, remote is also cake and zombie hand is a rice krispies treat, all fondant covered. I used some instructions from a cake blog at: http://cakefixation.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2009-04-07T11%3A07%3A00-07%3A00&max-results=7

Moving To Texas
Cowgirl hat is 2 oval cakes, fondant covered (thanks for the directions on CC!). It took me 3 tries to make the brim - definitely use a 60/40 mix or all gumpaste as chocolate mmf was too soft. Bottom cake is 2 11 x 13 cakes (feeds lots of ppl, nice and big), belt buckle on front bottom with a fondant TX shape, stars on sides, horseshoes on top along with the Texas state flower, bluebonnet. The cake base was covered in a 1/2 yard of paisley fabric I picked up at the craft store. I printed the TX welcome sign and attached to 2 skewers to insert. Chocolate fondant ropes were on the sides and hat borders.
