All buttercream baby bottom cake. Customer brought in a pic of a fondant cake with a baby's butt, and asked if it could be done in buttercream. I said yes, not really knowing if it would! But, it was surprisingly easy. It's kinda weird to me. Where's the rest of the baby?!

This is a dummy that I made today with buttercream and modeling chocolate ruffle flowers. These are my first attempt at ruffle flowers.
This cake is silly, but I thought it came out pretty good! It's a 1/4 sheet cake iced and decorated with buttercream.
My first fondant shaped cake for a customer! It's yellow cake with vanilla buttercream, covered in fondant and details with royal icing. A learning experience for sure! 100 degrees in July and fondant= pain in the butt!

I just finished this cake for a friend's 30th Birthday. The cupcake is the WASC recipe made with chocolate cake for the bottom, and yellow cake for the top. The fillings are Oreo SMBC in the bottom, and strawberry SMBC in the top. The cupcake top was covered in fondant, and the bottom is SMBC because I ran out of fondant! Learning as I go ! The monkey is sculpted with RKT and covered in modeling chocolate. That was the biggest pain of all. My hands are hot, so not the best for working with chocolate! The cherry and sprinkles are leftover bits of fondant and gumpaste.
This is my first attempt at a modeling chocolate figure. It is made or fruity pebble treats, and covered in modeling chocolate made from candy melts. My hands are HOT, so this was a bit of a challenge!
