Blind Skateboard

French Vanilla Cappucino Cake covered in Modelling Chocolate. Logo is painted on with food color. This is for my nephew. He tasted the dragon cake I had made for my son and deceided he wanted his Aunt to make him a cake . So the after the party I received a call from Him asking if I could make him a skateboard cake for his party which is today (March 20th). The trucks and wheels are also Modelling chocolate . TFL :)

French Vanilla Cap. Cake covered in Modelling Chocolate . Dusted with pearl dust . All is molded with the modelling Chocolate ( Head , tail and wings) Goalie gear with made out of MMF. It was great fun making this cake , my son has been wanting this cake for years now .. and I finally gave in and challenged myself . It was an amazing hit at the party , I even got my nephew ( that doesn't like cake ) to try a piece , He took some with him home ....hehe ( gotta love kids) . I have to give great thanks to everyone on here that helped me out and gave me the links and inspiration . TFL :)

Cowgirl Pillow

French Vanilla 8" square tapered to look like a pillow. The texture of it is all Buttercream . I wanted it to look like Fleece , I couldn't find the technique anywhere so I just winged it ... I think it turned out pretty . My Daughter loved it .. The border is ribbon that matched her homemade Birthday Invitations . TFL :)

Tequila Bottle

This is a Chocolate Kahlua Vodka cake with Voldka buttercream covered in Vodka flavored MMF .. airbrushed to give it the yellowish color . The cake was shaped out of 3 4" round cakes cut in half and for the top it is also cake . Accents areall vodka MMF painted with gel colors . I used gelatin for the liquid and sugar for the salt ...hehe . TFL :)

Sewing Birthday Cake

6" Choco. Sour Cream Cake with Mint Buttercream accented with MMF accents . Made for my Mom ... my sister called me this morning asking me to make a cake for tonight for my Mom as we are all getting together at the local Bingo Hall to celebrate . So I came up with this, As far as I can remember she loves sewing , she has made all my clothing and even my wedding dress so I thought this would be a perfect cake to make her . I really hope she likes it ... influenced by many pictures on the site as well ..hehe TFL :)

Sweet 16

Second of two night mare cakes very firt time making Topsy turvy cakes . Its chco.WASC cake filled and frosted with Buttercream and then covered with MMF accents consist of all MMF as well and the photo are Rice Paper clued onto MMF . This one was a nightmare , it was tilting such a little too much . I'm upset with the overall look of it . I wish it would have cooperated alittle more . :(

Pink And Blue Topsy Turvy

This cake was Vanilla filled wit Buttercream and then covered in MMF . It was my first time attempting such a cake . This one is one of two . I am not impressed by the way it turned out ... It was slanting way too much . All of learning on these two . The thing I don't get is that I did two pratice runs with the proper dowels and such . And still had a hard time .Oh might I add I needed to redo the decorations on site cause they broke TFL :(
