Pastry Queen Coconut Cake
Made last year had to add this to pay homage to what a great recipe that I made from this book by Rebecca Rather called, "The Pastry Queen Christmas." Made exactly as written with fresh coconut throughout with an addition of one layer being blackberry preserves and sprinkled the top with white cake glitter. Made for my family gathering hence why I didnt put it on a proper cake board.

Spiders Choose A Pumpkin
Carved 10" top cake was covered/sculpted in Shiny, from scratch, Rolled BC (tasted like candy corn!) & was Pumpkin Pound cake w/Cream Cheese BC filling. Bottom sheet-cake was Pistachio Cake with a French Vanilla BC filling with the Cream Cheese Crusting BC outside. Hidden fondant covered spider pillar idea was from the new Wilton Decorator Magazine. I did the Cake for a local Private Preschool Carnival (non gratis) and frightfully fed 50 people with great success and tons of thanks!

3D 1615 Geneva Bible Fondant Cake
this is a cake that I did for a Church social dinner. It had a big unveiling. Cake is quite big, covered in embossed fondant to give the look of very old leather. Airbrushed brown. Words and spine of book are "stamped" highlighted in edible gold (luster dust + vodka). Cake inside is Orange cake with a White Chocolate Mandarin Orange filling.

Groom's Ice Cream Sundae Or Banana Split
I did this cake (completely of cake and icing) with no use of ice cream any where! Everyone went crazy over it at the reception. Ignore the paper supports under the banana ends (I forgot to slip them out before the photographer took the pic). Also other side of cake has better straighter ridges in the buttercream (used side of a paint brush). The cake has 4 different kinds of cake in it (strawberry, spice, cherry chocolate chip, pistachio cake). Banana was banana flavored chocolate modeling clay.
