For a little boy who introduces himself like this: I am Rodrigo, knight and rescuer of princess and also best friend of Miguel" ;-) Well, with this intro it is quite easy to think of a cake to make that fits him perfectly ;-) Chocolate cake with dulce de leche and SMBC with melted chocolate and white chocolate chips on the layers of buttercream. Covering in fondant, the figures are from modelling paste (fondant with CMC). Thanks for looking!

Cinderella With Her Friends
Cinderella with her friends... waiting on my wishing list for a long time ;-) And finally I had the oportunity to make her!! Although it was in August and it is here the hottest month of the year :S Vanilla cake with dulce de leche and SMBC with Nutella (hazelnut and chocolate flavour). The cakes are covered in fondant, all the details and modelated figures are made from modelling paste (fondant with CMC). Thanks everyone for looking!

Music In The Jungle!
The combination of jungle and the favourite song of the little Adiel! As you can see the Oerang oetan is playing very passionate his violin, the elefant is having dificulties with his huge trombone (the knot in his trunk isn't helping either), the giraffe is singing very seriously from here notebook and the crocodile is just waiting for something to drop of the cake ;-) I loved making this one!! Pumpkin House
A cute pumpkin house for the little mouse who just moved to their new home. I just love the "autumn" theme, and thought I do something with it for a new house for two families moving in together with their children. And yes, the kids just loved it, but I did too, what a fun making this :-)

Mr. Magic!
For a magician who turned 65! On his "business card" it says: Mr. Magic- Frederico, so I added that of course ;) His friends ordered it for him and they were really entusiastic! Very happy me of course too ;) Vanilla Sponge cakes (two of 6" on top of each other with dowels), filled with SMBC (vanilla), lemon curd and pieces of mandarin. A bright colored cake with lots of bows, golden pearls and cameos for a 70 year old lady. The brighter the better, she said ;) :-D Dark chocolate cake with SMBC strawberry flavor and white chocolate chunks and also a layer of strawberry mermelade. She loved it, and gave me 2 big kisses! :-) All decorations are made of gumpaste, cakes decorated in fondant

Bright Colors A Bow And Lots And Lots Of Daisies In Spanish We Call Them Margaritas First Time I Used The Electric Green Of Americolor
Bright colors, a bow and lots and lots of daisies (in Spanish we call them "margaritas")! First time I used the electric green of Americolor and I love it!! Cakes are all vanilla sponge cakes, filled with SMBC with Cointreau and lots of chopped dried abricots (also soaked in Cointreau), all with additional layers of abricot jam. Covered in fondant and all fondant and gumpaste accents.

Dulce Rosa
Sweet colors, gold accents and a large pink-reddish rose on top! The cakes are all vanilla genovese sponge cakes, filled with layers of strawberry jam, SMBC with strawberry flavor (I add strawberry jam and a tiny bit of flavouring and colouring) and lots of pieces of white chocolate in it. All covered in marsefond and the decorations are of fondant. The rose is made of flowerpaste (gumpaste). Thanks for looking!

Golf in Alicante (Spain)! Lots of inspiration from CC and some of myself for the details :-) Both cakes are vanilla with SMBC with Limconcello, lemon curd and pieces of (canned) clementines. Covered in marsefond (mixture of fondant and marzipan for decorating cakes). Golf club and name are fondant with CMC.

Cuddly Toys For Noah
For my newborn nephew Noah, I made this cake with cute cuddly animals for him! My brother and sister in law were very happy with it, but my little cousin Emma LOVED it, each of the animals were taken off and kissed ;-) :-D The cake is Vanilla Sponge Cake filled with SMBC with raspberry, a layer of lemon curd and lots of fresh raspberries in it. The covering is made of marsefond (a mix of fondant and marzapan). The animals all are made of fondant with tylose (modelling paste).

This is the cake I made for our goodbye party! I wanted to make the cake with the theme Spain in it (Flamenco-red-dot-cake ;-)), because of our moving from Holland to Spain. I also made the bow in Flamenco-style and it turned out really nice :-) The cake made everyone, despite our moving, really happy and cheerful, so I think I did a good job on it ;-) TFL!

Suitcase With Crocodile
For the kids of my friend, Jay (girl of 14 years) wanted something with travelling and for Kiran (boy, 3 years) it had to be something with a crocodile (his favorite this year, last year it was apes ;-) :-D), so a suitcase with a crocodile made of marzipan on it. They both loved it :-)

Jungle In The Sandbox
A sandbox filled with jungle animals! The cake is covered with wooden marzipan planks, the sand is made of crushed biscuits. All the animals and decorations are made (on request) of marzipan. The cake is a 11" spongecake filled with choco/hazelnutcream and forestfruit jam. I got a WOW-thank you email from the lady, so a happy me too ;-)
