Made for my son's 14th birthday. Yellow cake as burger and chocolate layer for burger. Covered in fondant with fondant cheese, lettuce and tomato. It was such fun to make.
Again, poor quality photo taken several years ago. Had age of child as a number on the cottage door. House was yellow cake and roof was chocolate. Covered with BC. Flowers growing up sides of cottage were tiny sweets.

Pink castle. Didn't want a smooth look with the BC so buffed it up a little. Piped vines and flowers growing up walls. Turrets made out of icrecream cones. Done several years ago!!

Made this a few weeks ago for my 13 year old son. I used a madeira recipe but American kids seem to find it quite "stale". Any ideas for a moister cake which cuts easily?? Thanks so much!
