Croquembouche With Caramel Chocolate And Filling
first time attempt making a croquembouche. it is solid - as in there are profiteroles all the way to the centre. some are caramel custard, some are dark chocolate caramel and others are vanilla custard. it is drizzled in caramel chocolate and white chocolate. look at my other pic of it covered in spun sugar.

16 Inch Base With 14 Inch Top
my very first ever wedding cake. this was massive! it weighed over 25 kgs. it was bark chocolate mud covered in marzipan and royal icing. the piping was over piped 6 times. the bride was extremely please with the cake. she supplied her own fresh flowers for the top but i unfortunately didnt get a picture of the cake with flowers.
