this was made using the duck pan as the top part of the horse and the covered pillars with fondant and used stars to cover the fondant. I also colored coconut for the grass

This was done by using a square pan and small round pan for the cake and then cupcakes and ice cream cones for the peaks. I just colored and melted store bought frosting, (it melts better) and poured over the cones. Additional decorations with M & M's around the sides.
The drum color needed to be black but the customer did not want to use black frosting so I used ground up Oreos.
This is one of my early cakes and I was more interested in getting the picture on the cake than anything else so there is no border!
These are mini cupcakes decorated with a #352 (leaf) tip to look like mums. I glued a styrofoam ball to the flower pot and used toothpicks to hold the cupcakes in place. I later found that longer toothpicks or coffee stir sticks work better to hold them.
