This cake was for my little boys 3rd birthday. I did not go all out with this cake like I did with his Blues Clues cake last year but he loved this one too. Spiderman was what he wanted so, I made him spiderman's face it was a chocolate transfer with bettercreme icing...EVERYONE loves that icing!!
This cake was a FBCT...tons of detail. Turned out okay...I see parts that are messed up but, it looks nice anyways.
This was for my cousin, it's peanut butter cake with chocolate mousse and ganache filling. It tasted really good... and she loved it!!
This cake gave me fits......the buttercream would not smooth!!! Then I got one of those crazy airbubble things that formed under the buttercream while delivering! luckily I saved it, and think it turned out pretty good.
I just thought this cupcake was the cutest thing!!! lol...I baked a ton of cupcakes and I picked this one as my favorite!!
These were all yellow cake with my chocolate buttercream and I wanted them to be able to experience fondant so I threw some white and dark chocolate in for good measure, these were also for a tasting. (no I don't always make this many cupcakes for 1 tasting...but, these people are family of my brother in law and I baked a ton of cupcakes for fun anyways because I am crazy like that!!)
These were all chocolate...the pink ones are regular buttercream and the white is bettercreme. Made for a tasting.
Top left- lemon cake with coconut filling and cream cheese icing, topped w/ shredded coconut. Top right - Lemon cake with bettercreme icing...sprinkled yellow on it so I'd remember it was lemon and not yellow cake! Bottom left - My take on the hostess cupcakes - bride said they tasted just like them Bottom right - Yellow cake with pink buttercream icing..I loved making those look kinda like flowers!!
These were sooooo goood!! Yellow cake with an oreo baked in the centers. Then Iced with bettercreme mixed with cookie crumbs and topped with a half of an oreo

Vanilla cake with bavarian cream filling. I used the wilton flag pan that my grandma gave to me, she actually gave me 2 trash bags full of them and this is the first time I've used one.
These were coffee flavored cupcakes with caramel flavored bettercreme and caramel drizzled on top. Yummy!
Ehhh....nothing special about this cake...I tried to edit the pick where a LOVING little kid stuck their fingers in the cake ....marble cake with bettercreme icing...airbrushed dark blue but the picture makes it look kind of violet...oh well. Not my greatest work but it tasted good!!
I made this cake last minute for my dad and this was the easiest but still really cool looking design I could think of. The cake is chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling...white and dark chocolate satin ice fondant.
This one is not a favorite of mine, I had a mess up with the fondant and tried to repair it with royal...then I went a little overboard with the royal. The bow is made of gumpaste from a mold I bought.
