Brown sugar and almond pound cake with caramel buttercream. Covered in white chocolate ganache then fondant. Swags and border are royal icing. Ballet shoes and letters from modelling fondant. The letters done using JEM alphabet cutters. The design was based on the birthday invitations.

Christening Cross
My version of a very elegant design by CrazyCakeCompany. Chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream, iced in dark chocolate ganache then fondant. The cross and dots are piped in royal icing and the ribbon around the base is modelling paste. Lettering done using Jem alphabet cutters.

Christening Dress
Dark chocolate mud cake filled with dark chocolate ganache. Decorated in fondant with royal icing piping. The cake was also embossed with small rose stamp around the side but it doesn't show up in the photo. The dress is tulle with satin ribbon sash and royal icing piping. Was a super-hot and humid evening so the fondant was not behaving but happy with the end result and my friend loved it :)
