My Twins 21St Birthday Cake
This was my first attempt at a tilted whimsical cake... I adapted the directions from Cake Central but only used 2 layers on each cake. All are Hersheys perfectly chocolate cake and 1 is chocolate hazel nut mousse filling ,1 was cookies & cream filling and the others were whipped cream and strawberries. The flowers, ribbon & 21 were fondant and the topping was stablized whipped cream. This was fun to do.

Fondant Sugar Babes
I made the girls while my daughter (pastrypuff) was in Switzerland for my brothers 40th BDay cake so they had time to harden & dry. Puff wouldn't let us leave them naked because she won't do that kind of cake...so I had to put bikini tops on them. They were fun to make (nipples kept sticking to my fingers instead of the babes) and they kept getting more wrinkled as they dried. My brother and his friends kept licking them all night and sticking them back in thier pockets.

Have Fun Pastrypuffgirl!
Alp 1 is a Chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse and whipped cream icing. Pastrypuffgirl is out of fondant as is the ducks. The smaller of the Alps is a chocolate cake with chocolate hazel nut mousse. Her sister and I made this cake for her as she is leaving to go to Switzerland this weekend to bake in a pastry program there.

Cosmo Martini
Well Here is my Cosmopolitan Martini... It is achocolate cake with whipped cream icing. Thank You to my husband for transforming the stand from my flower boquet holder to a cake stand. It was the wilton doll cake pan I used for the cake. It was huge...and a huge hit at the martini party!
