Cheerleader
I had a request for a cheerleader cake and this is what I came up with. It's a 8" round with bavarian cream filling. Iced in BC with fondant accents. The megaphone is made from Rice K's and covered in fondant. I created the cake to look like the pleated cheerleader skirt. (hopefully that's what it looks like to you) Thanks for peeking.

40Th Anniversary
This was a surprise cake for my Parent's 40th Anniversary. It is 8 & 6" French Vanilla with Bavarian Cream filling iced in BC. I experimented with new techniques on this cake (new to me anyway). This was my first time using MMF on a cake, I used a diamond Impression mat, fondant shapes on wire, and Fondant Roses. I had alot of fun with this one, and learned alot too. I'll definately do some things differently next time, but of course, Practice makes perfect. Thanks for looking

First Fondant
This was my very first cake ever to make with fondant. It was for my sister's wedding. The idea is from a Wilton book (not sure which year). I had alot of fun using fondant. and the spackle technique with bc on top using sponges was great. Fondant punch out flowers around cake with fresh flower topper. Used the domed Wilton cake pans too. Thanks for looking.

Turtle
Sorry about the blurry photo. I made this cake for my son's 1st birthday. (he is 9 now) Super fun to do. Made the Turtle shell out of 1/2 round ball cake and the head was 2 mini ball cakes put together. All decorated with bc. I think I got the idea from a wilton book from way back. Thanks for looking
