Decorations are Satin Ice gum paste except for the chocolate rocks,s and is graham cracker crumbs. I know her face is a little off. Girl Scout Bridging 2017
This was for the celebration of girls moving from one level to the next. Bottom 14"vanilla, top 12" chocolate. Buttercream w/fondant and gum paste decorations. Bridge is rice krispy treat covered in gumpaste. This was a last minute-second bridge. The first was lovely, but I dropped it on the floor and had to make this one on the fly, so it's not as fancy. Water is piping gel. Over all I am really happy with how it turned out, in spite of the bridge.

Easter Cake Pop Roses - 1St Time!!
Yes, these are my first ever chocolate cake pops disguised as roses using home made modeling chocolate. I also made the gum paste butterflies and dusted them with various dusts. I took my time making the roses since they're my first. But now that I know the drill, next time they'll take a fraction of the time. I'd like to know what you think? (I'm a big girl, I can take it.) TFL.

Nico's Cake For Icing Smiles
This was my first Icing Smiles cake. 2 layer choc cake, Hershey's choc buttercream, Satin Ice and edible images. No plastic parts. I can't sculpt to save my life, but was able to follow video tutorials for the pups, which were fondant stiffened with Gum-Tex. No special cutters, had to use printed out images as stencils for large shield and bone. Letters were cutters, except for the B. I'd like to know what you think.
