Tent Cake
This was for my grandmother's 75th birthday. She is an active Girl Scout who can be found at volunteering at one camp or another almost every weekend. I used 4 8" square cakes - five 1" layers make up the base, the rest were cut into quarters and used for the triangle on top. CASC w/ Choc. BC and Satin Ice Fondant.

Harley Wedding Cake
This was for my former bosse's wedding. Three 12" round tiers stacked off center - they started out more off center but the stress was too much and I had to move them closer into the middle. There was a fourth tier I had to leave off, too :( Flavors were: Italian Cream Cake w/ Coconut Cream Cheese, White Russian w/ Vanilla Caramel BC, Harvey Wallbanger w/ Orange Anise BC, and Cappucino Chip w/ Mocha BC.

Belly Cake
WASC Belly cake with MMF. Designed to match the decor in the nursery. Sport ball pan boobs, 9" Pyrex Bowl belly on a 14" square base. I think if I do another cake like this I will add a 10" round under the belly - if only so that the boobs don't look so freakin' huge! Thanks to kavingate for all of her help and inspiration!

Biker Birthday
This cake was inspired by Lisa's... CASC with peanut butter mousse filling (with Butterfinger chunks inside!) and buttercream icing, chocolate molded letters (on sides of cake) and chocolate transfer logo on top. This was for my boss's fiance's b-day, now they want me to make their wedding cake! :)

Wilton Daisy Chain
This is from a Wilton book, I just left off a tier to keep at the right size for the amount of people at the shower. The theme was Gerbera daisies, so the colors fit right in. Unfortunately, the top tier tipped over during transport, but I was able to salvage it. It just a little smushed on the right side. It is a yellow cake - buttercream with fondant stripes and daisies.

Fist Of Rock
I got this idea from "Ace of Cakes" on the Food Network. On the show, ,they sculpted the hand from modeling chocolate, but mine is made of clay. I had a great time with this cake and it fit the groom's personality so well! It is a chocolate cake covered in chocolate fondant, with fondant flames and shirt cuff.
