This is a dashund puppy lieing down. I made this out of RKT covered with fondant. This was my first attempt at an animal.

Twilight/new Moon Cake

This is 3-tier cake featuring the elements of the 2 movies Twilight and New Moon. It is done in buttercreme, except for the apple on the top-it is fondant.

Chevy Pickup

This is a truck make with cake and RKT. It is covered in Fondant, the window are "painted" silver.

Flame Guitar

This cake is shaped out of 3-1/4 sheets. It ended up being right at 3' long. It is buttercreme and fondant.

Homerun

This is a groom's cake. The groom loves baseball. The home plate is carved and covered with buttercreme. The baseball was done with the Wilton sports ball pan. It is also buttercreme

Pink And Green

This is a topsy turvy wedding cake, although the flowers make it hard to see all the topsy-turviness. It was my first and I was pleased with how it turned out, but more importantly, so was the customer. It is buttercreme and the flowers are silk.

Monster Cupcake

This is a Monster Cupcake Cake done with 24 cupcakes. The eyes and fingers are a kit (non-edible)

I did this cake for my daughter's 11th birthday. It is 6" square cakes, stacked, covered with fondant and airbrushed.

Castle Cake

I did this cake with a "bundt" type silicone pan. It didn't turn out exactly like I pictured it, but he client was very happy.

Old Man Survival Kit

This is a birthday cake for my FIL. I thought it would be funny to put everything an "old" man might need to live. LOL It is german chocolate cake covered with fondant (MMF), all the attachments are fondant as well.

Red, Black, Gold

The bride designed this wedding cake. It is all buttercream. I had a lot of fun doing this cake.

Jungle Cake

This is a cake I did for my SIL's baby shower. The figurines are plastic, ot edible. I went with this because #1 I wasn't comfortable yet with creating them and #2 my SIL wanted to keep them for the baby book stuff. It's one layer white and one layer chocolate to accomodate the guests. The colors were and jungle theme were the same as the nursery.

Flower Pot

This is a terra cotta pot cake, I did for practice. It is a lemon cake, the dirt is crushed oreo cookies. It is all fondant. This was my frist try at these flowers and the pot.

10 Yr High School Reunion Cake

8" round on top of 11x15"sheet cake. I copied the picture from a yearbook and striped a decortator bag with red and black to get the red, white, and black borders

4 Tier Wedding Cake With Red Roses

This cake is my favorite so far. It is 4-tier, with hidden pillars, red roses. The lighting was bad, so the photo looks kind of weird.

Round Groom's Cake With Monogram

This is a round groom's cake with the monograms of the bride and groom. I decided on the border of silk roses instead of the shell or frosting border because the bride's cake had the same roses on it.

Farewell Cake

This cake was for our co-pasotr's last service with us. I used white chocolate paste and dusted it with cocoa powder to give it that old parchment look.
