This cake was done using lots of brown food coloring to get that "chocolate" look because we did not want to comprimise my frosting, which is why she booked with me in the first place. Note to self: when smoothing, do not use water!!!!
This was a 3 tier cake for a customer's daughter's 1st birthday. Her theme was pink and lime green ladybugs. The flowers are made from gumpaste and the ladybugs are made from chocolate.
