To celebrate my Mom's 60th birthday.
Road construction cake
A dedication cake for a special baby
Created for my godchild
Created for my daughter's 5th birthday
Strangest thing, I didn't even know who the Moxie Girls were when I was asked to do this :( One thing about making cakes, you get to know more characters than many other parents. I know lots who still don't know these ones.
Fruit cake was supplied and I was asked to do the rest.
My very first doll cake made for my daughter's 3rd birthday a while back. Only used BC and lots of sweets to decorate. Sorry about the quality of the pic.
My eldest was really into Tinkerbell at the time. But getting a figurine in South Africa was difficult. So I had to improvise by cutting out Tink from the goody bags. Sorry about the quality of the pic.
My first attempt at the layered dress look. Not a very good attempt I admit, but the smiles on the faces of the birthday girl made it better.
My first attempt at the purse cake. Made for my niece's 11th birthday using jewellery she made, as decorations.
I made this cake for my youngest first birthday. Didn't have time to do anything elaborate and found the puzzle toys useful!
My first Bratz, and edible image cake. Made for my niece's 6th birthday.
Cake made for my godchild's 3rd birthday
This is the first doll cake I made using fondant for the dress. I made it for my godchild and thankfully she was seemingly impressed.
Made this cake for my niece's 7th birthday. She is a complete Bratz fan. My second attempt at making the layered dress look. This one came out much better. Needed to give it a Bratz feel so I did the bare tummy bit.
