This is my first cookie bouquet...I had a lot of fun with it and got a lot of compliments. It's not perfect by far, but I thought it turned out alright. It's NFSC and Antonia74's icing.
NFSC with Antonia74's royal icing...these are for my kids' classes last day before Spring break.
nfsc and mmf ~ these were favors at a baby shower...these are the baby's initials.
nfsc and mmf...did these for a friend to give her friends at a lunch.
NFSC and MMF ~ my first flower! the color is actually brighter than this, but it's a cell phone pic
I saw a cake like this at a bridal show and thought I'd attempt to re-create it. I think it turned out pretty good.
My second FBCT...not as happy with this one...the icings ended up being slightly different colors. No one else seemed to notice it, but of course I did!
This is my very first FBCT. I couldn't have been more pleased with how it turned out! It was a two layer 11x15.
My dad had me make this one for one of his rather sensitive firemen. I had fun playing with the fondant...it was pretty much my first time doing it!
My dad is an Ebay addict, so I made him an Ebay cake for Father's Day. The Ebay is colorflow, but I broke it twice. Just made it work, LOL!
This is the biggest cake I've made to date...the base is a white 14" layer and a chocolate 14" layer...I didn't have the sports ball pan, so I improvised with a bowl. I am still proud of this one!
This was my first character cake...not great, but still sold for $20 at a bake sale.
This was my Course 3 cake using fondant. I'm still not sure about fondant, but this one was fun to make anyway!
This was my Course 1 final cake, and it became a Mother's Day cake...these were some of my first roses, though you can't see them well.
This was my final cake for course 3...first time using columns. My kids wanted pink...so here it is!
