Pink Castle
This cake almost had me in tears!! I rolled out the fondant too thin and too much; so when I put it on the cake, it stretched and tore, just a total mess, so, that's the reason for all the grass. Anyway, (4) 8' squares stacked/doweled, covedred in fondant. Towers are Little Debbie Swiss Rolls covered in fondant with fondant turrets.

Pink And Green Baby
Got the idea for this cake from a person from another website; don't know if she's on here, but shout out to CakesbyAshley. This cake was used as a centerpiece, 8" yellow cake covered in fondant; all lines, baby, blanket, etc. is made of fondant. Took me forever to do this, had to do the bow a couple of times, but I was pretty happy with the results.

Baby Phat Brown
I did this for a friend's birthday last night; didn't get to bed until 1:30 am and had to be at work at 8am, I sooo need a Red Bull right now. All fondant airbrushed, gumpaste handles (can never get those right), 9x13 carved and stacked. It's not as good as uniform as I would like it to be, but it turned out okay. I welcome ALL critiques!!

Krabby Patty
First, I like to say, this is my 1st time ever using an airbrush; LOVE IT!! Second, I saw a couple of cakes in the gallery like this and I had to try it!! Didn't want to do just a yellow spongebob cake, wanted to do something different. The birthday boy loved it so much; he wouldn't let anyone cut it!! Cake covered in fondant and airbrushed; onions and cheese are fondant; patty is chocolate caked covered in BC and mustard, lettuce, ketchup are BC as well.

Gold Tequila
First off, shout out to "THE CAKE MAVEN" for her Patron Tequila cake; mine is not as good as hers, but I tried!! This was done for a girl who loves Patron tequila; took (2) 9x13 cakes cut in half and stacked, then carved, covered in ButterCream Dream and MMF. The neck of the bottle was done with RKT and covered in fondant, and the top was done with RKT as well and painted with gold luster dust. All accents are MMF and the label is an edible image. RKT already made from the box, work GREAT!!

Baseball
Done for someone whose son loves baseball and he was turning 18. His mother wanted to smash the cake in his face, but everybody else wanted to eat it, so, the mom lost out!! LOL!! Pretty easy to make, used sports ball pan and the star tip (the one with the three holes, can never remember tip numbers!)

Hannah Montana Gold
Got this idea from someone on the Flickr website (cakesbyAshley); she makes the best cakes!! I haven't even come CLOSE to doing her cake any justice!! Edible image with fondant stripes. The gold stripes were painted with gold luster dust and I then put gold disco dust on top to give it some major shine.

Baby Einstein Caterpillar
Covered in BC, all cake (strawberry and chocolate)!! So proud that I actually got the head of the caterpillar to stay. Stacked with lollipop sticks and put a plastic dowel down the middle to make sure the head stayed secure!! Icing this thing wasn't too much fun, but next time I'll know how to do it better; ICE IT FIRST, THEN PUT EACH PIECE TOGETHER!! The grass is a coverup for places I couldn't reach!! LOL!! Would love all your critiques!!

Mickey And Minnie Wedding
My first ever wedding cake!!! Cake had different flavors throughout and I used Buttercream Dream for the frosting!! I took the picture crooked, but the cake is not!! Cake was ordered by the brides BIL and FIL; they did the whole wedding, they just told me to do Mickey Mouse and this is what I did!! I know it's not perfect, but it's pretty decent for my first try!!
