Dora And Boots

I attempted to pipe out dora and boots. It was extremely difficult and time consuming using all the different colors. I know there has to be an easier way, I have yet to figure it out though.

Fantastic Four

This was a 3 layer chocolate fudge cake with cookies and cream filling and buttercream dream frosting. I think I may have done too much on it. I was going to leave it just simply frosted with the four on it but I had too much icing to leave it at that. I mixed the icing and used a petal tip to get the striped effect on the sides. It was fun and was really easy to do.

Sudoku Cube Cake

This has been my best cake yet. Six layers of dark chocolate fudge with peppermint chocolate ganache and coffee buttercream frosting. It was a bit difficult to do the lines and numbers because I overwhipped my frosting and it had lots of air bubbles in it.

Laser Tag Cake

This was my son's party cake for his eighth birthday. I intended for the vest to cover most of the cake but my freehand didn't work out quite right. I wish I would have attempted a frozer buttercream transfer.

Sports Balls

I made these six inch cakes for a friends son. I finally got to try the white almond sour cream cake and cookies and cream filling. Both were too amazing. The soccer ball was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be but the basketball and baseball were super easy.

Skateboard Cake

I made this for my son's eighth birthday. It was buttercream dream frosting, fondant figures, and red velvet cake. The boys loved it and used the leftover fondant to make more figures!

Curious George Cake

I made these cakes for my son's 1st birthday. It was my first time working with fondant (george and bananas). The smash cake was banana cake with banana flavored whipped icing. The other was marble with buttercream dream frosting.
