Town buildings are stryofoam covered in fondant. 100 cupcakes make up the cupcake cake (white cake with lemon filling). Corral is made of pretzels and chocolate. Town plaque (a play on their name) is fondant on pretzel rods. Cactus are fondant. Dry Stream are chocolate rocks. Rest is plastic kids toys. Cake balls are assorted flavors (choc, choc/white, and red velvet) - some topped with dyed coconut to look like tumbleweeds.

Father-in-law's 85th birthday. Cake is six layers torted and filled with chocolate mousse so stands over 7.5 inches tall -- chocolate lovers dream as it is his favorite. Had mother-in-law find me black and white pictures of him growing up -- they go all around the cake. The pictures are on edible paper adhered to fondant. Chocolate shavings on top.
Brother-in-law is avid deer hunter, lives in the southwest and loves the mountains...seemed a fitting cake....
