4-tiered white cake with bc icing, Decorated with green ribbon and green hydrangeas. This was an outside wedding and 90 degrees...the bc held up niceley.

Lauren And John's Wedding 5/31/08

Chocolate cake with buttercream and filled with chocolate cream. The deer antlers were made from copper and covered with choco fondant. I garnished with chocolate fondant leaves and choco covered strawberries. Had a problem with antlers because it was 90 degrees and it was an outside wedding. This was my daughter's wedding, so after trying wood dowels, I finally just took them and actually stuck them down in the cake and filled in with bc.

Ivory And Peach Wedding Cake

3 tier buttercream torted with homemade strawberry filling. The flowers on the cake were provided and I thought they really didn't suit the cake...in the end, the bride, groom were extremely pleased. This wedding cake and the hunting grooms cake were for the same wedding. I have never made 2 cakes for one event...it was a daunting task for a beginner.

Hunting Theme Grooms Cake

My first grooms cake...2 tier chocolate buttercream torted with chocolate ganache. I made modeling chocolate and cut the hunter from it then piped the details with choc ganache...choc dipped strawberries, grapes and hunting shells completed it.
