Hello Kitty!
This is a 1/2 chocolate fudge and 1/2 french vanilla cake--marbles where they meet, 1/4 sheet. It is iced and decorated in bc. This is the fist FBCT I have done in about NINE years! Turned out pretty well, I think. The client was very pleased and called to say how delicious the cake was.

Red Roses And Scrolls
This was a cake I did for a 40th Anniversary. The cake was butter with raspberry filling and whipped cream bc for icing and decoration. The roses are fresh and I arranged them on site. I saw this scrollwork in the Wilton Yearbook and hand-drew it onto the cake as I did not have the press set that was required. It is piped with #18 and then overpiped with #14. The next time I do it I will use smaller diameter tips.

Scrolled Giant Ding Dong Cake
I made this for a baby shower--but I think it would make a lovely, contemporary cake for a small wedding. It was another giant ding dong, only this time the client wanted a little "something" to decorate it up with. I used white bc to do the scroll work on top of the ganache.

"cake Ball" Cake
This cake was made with chocolate fudge cake, filled with peanut butter filling (recipe from CC!) and iced in chocolate ganache butter cream. Decorations were fresh yellow daisies and cake balls. The cake balls were chocolate cake with peanut butter dipped in dark chocolate and french vanilla cake with fresh raspberry dipped in white chocolate.

Lavender Floral Fantasy Wedding
This is a 4-tier cake with each tier being 4 torted layers of butter and chocolate fudge cake. I used bavarian cream as filling. Icing is all butter cream with hand done scroll work. (My first time not using an impression set.) The monogram of the couple is hidden in the scroll work of the bottom tier--right in the front. All flowers are fresh using lavender roses, "Charmed" austers, "Million Stars" babys breath and baker fern.

40Tj Bday Cake
This is a 2 layer cake with the bottom layer being chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling and the top being butter cake with whipped ganache filling. It was repeated on both teirs so that people could try both flavors. Icing and decorations were bc. This is probably my least favorite cake that I have made recently. It's a long story.....don't ask.
