Roller Skate Cake

Roller Skate cake for my daughter's 11th birthday. She wanted the one Cake Boss made but we couldn't afford it. Square cake is yellow with buttercream frosting. Round cake is chocolate with buttercream fondant. Roller Skate is made from Rice Krispie treats covered in buttercream fondant.

Cat In The Hat

Chocolate Cat in the Hats on chocolate chip cookies, trimmed in buttercream icing. For my daughter to take to school whose birthday is right after Dr. Seuss.

Sweet & Sassy Birthday

For my daughter's 9th birthday whose party was at a kids spa. Each girl got their own. WASC cake baked in a 1/4 sheet pan and cut out. Makeup all chocolate molds.

Lightning Mcqueen

Cakes are from basic 1-2-3-4 recipe. Car was done in Wilton pan and placed on top. Icing is crusting buttercream.

Penn State

This base cake was a basic 1-2-3-4 cake with crusting buttercream. Nittany Lion done in 3D Pooh cake pan with yellow cake mix extender. Penn State logo was printed on edible paper and placed on top with simple white border.

Thank you to LetThereBeCake07 for the inspiration for my daughters 8th birthday cake. It was a Basic 1-2-3-4 cake with Buttercream icing. The laces and eyelets were fondant. The blade was molded chocolate sprinkled with Sparkle sugar.

Angela's 21St

For my niece's 21st birthday. WBH Chocolate Cake w/Duff's Buttercream. All other decorations done in Satin Ice Fondant. Monogram is not edible - a decoration from Michael's.

Teapot Birthday

Chocolate cake with buttercream. Tea pot, cup, saucer and steam from molded chocolate. Other decorations are Satin Ice.

Birdhouse

WASC with buttercream. Tree trunk made in Pyrex bowl, house from Wilton 3D house pan. Vines and leaves made with Satin Ice Fondant. Birds made from RKT covered in Satin Ice.

Picnic Basket

A chocolate cake with buttercream and fresh strawberries. First attempt at basketweave. Whimisical roses from Satin Ice Fondant. Choc. transer butterflies and plastic handle.

Masonic Birthday Cake

A pound cake for my father-in-law's birthday who lives at the Masonic Village. The emblem is chocolate from a mold.

Navy Hat

My first attend with fondant. A navy hat for my nephew who just returned from Iraq. Would like to give credit but don't remember where on the internet I got the idea for this.

This was an early cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Just the 3D bear pan with the ears cut off.

Sand Castle - 2Nd View

Sand Castle Cake

The sand castle was made with the Nordic 3D pan covered in white chocolate fondant and cookie crumbs and the bottom layer just a sheet pan. Buttercream icing, shells are chocolate made with molds.

Made this cake for a hospice patient birthday. Used Pooh 3-D pan, gumball eyes, mitt, hat, ball and bat are from chocolate molds.
