Another view of the cake I did for a friend's bridal shower - the theme was a wine tasting
This cake is for a friend's wine tasting bridal shower
My mom did this one for Halloween this past year.....
A birthday cake I did for my aunt's birthday
This is the very first cake I ever did - first night when we learned to do dots and just practice piping letters. I was so proud :)
This was my first try at painting on the flower accents...it turned out ok, but I need more practice. :)
More Halloween cupcakes by Mommy and daughter
Some Halloween cupcakes my daughter and I did together....
Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream basket weave. I then just got a can of strawberry pie filling and poured it on top (held in place by a rope border around the cake).
This is just a fun cake I did for my boss at a small office I worked at.
When you have no ideas - colors and cute candles always help!!!
This was the final cake from level two class I took at Hobby Lobby - straight from the book :)
My daughter calls this the Olive Garden cake. I was practicing from a picture in Wilton's level one book. My family and friends love it when I practice - more cake for them :)
I think this was the third cake I had done and it was for my daughter's birthday. I was happy with the way it turned out, but it was hard to outline the writting :)
Just some simple drop flowers on a white buttercream iced cake :)
Lil ladybugs
This isn't a traditional birthday cake, but one I did for a friend's birthday. Trying to pipe cream cheese frosting is hard - it doesn't stay cold very long.
Practicing basket weave.
Just practicing roses. :)
This is just a simple chocolate cake with sprinkle confetti and tip one for all the string confetti. The candles made the cake, I think.
This was my first and only attempt at fondant so far. I am only level two :)
Practicing from a picture in the level three book.....
Just practicing the lace. It's hard to get a good picture of an all white cake!
These were for my sister's college graduation lunch. My mother actually made these. The "graduation girls" are actually bobble heads. Very cute!
Cake is iced with buttercream - flowers were done with royal icing. This was for my grandmother's birthday and done by my mother who won't upload her own pictures. :)
