30Th Anniversary!

This is chocolate fondant, with chocolate cake..... and a rasberry chamborde chocolate mousse filling.... decorated with chocolate buttercream and mini carnations. I made it for my Aunt and Uncle for their 30th Anniversary! They loved it!

Check

This is a check cake made for a customer.... it is definately not my best work by far, but it is exactly what she wanted and she was happy.... so that counts... it is chocolate and yellow... with a chocolate filling, the check is MMF and it is written on with edible marker. Buttercream and sugar sprinkles

Recreation!

I recreated the top tier of our wedding cake! Today ~9/23/2007 was our 1st Anniversary! I did not make our wedding cake, but we did save the top tier which I made my husband taste haahha. It is an alomost exact replica! It was a surprise for my husband he loved it.... marble cake with buttercream!

High School Musical!

This cake is High School musical inspired! I made it for my niece Taylor who absolutely loves that movie. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream filling and icing. The curtain and stars are made from MMF, and everything else is decorated with buttercream!

Rehearsal Dinner Cake!

This is a cake I made for friends who love the beach... itis CC inspired.... so thank you so much for all of your ideas.... the cake is yellow... with an awesome chocolate filling... it has buttercream icing.... sprayed blue for the waves.. the beach is nilla wafers. The surfboard, beach towel, and puppy are all made from fondant. The border is made of white chocolate seashells.. they loved it!
