Semi Truck Cake

I made this for my DFIL. Unfortunetly I didn't take pictures before transporting it. (learned my lesson there) We had to drive 1hr to thier house and the traffic was bad. When I hit the brakes, DH was holding the cake and it smashed into the door. LOL Just made it look more realistic, as my DH said.

Family Picture Cake

I made this for DD's teacher. There is a worm for each student. Worms, stem/leaf made from fondant. Cake is buttercream with food color spray.

Tie Dye Cake

Just finished this one for my DSIL's 40th bday tomorrow. I don't own an airbrush machine, so I had to do it by hand. I used makeup sponges and food color. I loved the way it came out.

Chocolate Covered Cake

This was a fun cake to make. I melted chocolate and wrapped it in pieces around the cake. I then melted caramel for the tops and accent pieces. It was for DH's grandma, who is a wild one. LOL The cake was chocolate and had caramel filling. It was incredibly rich.

Spiderman Cake

I made this cake for my son's bday last year. I planned on making the buildings from icing, but did not have time, so they are from cardboard. ;) He loved it. I didn't have my icing with me to write his name and age on side, so I had to us MIL's gel icing (which I HATE) but oh well. He still loved it.
