Round Weding Cake

Top 2 tiers are dummy - covered in fondant with silk flowers. Bottom tier is lemon pound cake covered with fondant. This was a special cake made for my Niece for her wedding. I think it's my best yet - and got lots of help from my husband since I had surgery 1 week before the wedding.

Daisy Shower Cake

Chocolate fudge cake with marshmallow fondant flowers (first time using marshmallow fondant and was pleasantly surprised by it) - much cheaper than store bought fondant. Bridesmaids are wearing pink and black, so I wanted it to match. I was very happy with this cake.

Baby Shower Cake

Made this cake for a baby shower at my husband's office - most of the figures are made of molded chocolate - cake took me a long time to do and when it got to the office (I wasn't able to deliver it) - it was moved waaay too many times by somebody inexperienced with cakes and the top layer fell off before the presentation - was I mad?

Simple Daisy Cake
