Ghosts & Spiders
Co-worker wanted a cake for her annual pumpkin carving party. I used marshmallows for the ghosts and covered them with fondant. The pumpkin is also a marshmallow covered in buttercream. The little spiders are plastic. I got the ideas for this cake from the many different Halloween cakes uploaded here on CC. Thanks to all who inspire!!

Ist Anniversary Cake For A Dear Friend...
I was doing the wedding cake last yr, but the couple was talked into letting a family member do it. The wedding cake was a total disaster. Looked like & tasted like it'd been made by a 3 yr old. I was a guest, so I had first hand experience with it. I don't knock anyone for their 1st attempts as we've all been there but this person shouldn't have attempted this w/their skill level. She didn't let it ruin her day, but it did upset her. She loved her anniv. cake as it looked like her wedding was supposed to.

Naomi's Favorite
This was a cake for a co-worker. She saw a picture in a Wilton book and fell in love with it. I didn't notice the flaw on the top tier until I was at the hall setting it up. I was unable to fix it. Other than that I was very happy with the design. The bride and groom were very pleased. I've booked multiple weddings from co-worker's as a result. All buttercream with fondant ribbon roses.

Victorian Flair
I made this for a very dear friend of mine who is originally from Britain. At each peak there is a color flow pendant that resembles that of a cameo. It was all in ivory buttercream. She was married in mid December and I used silk poinsettias. I thought it was a very romantic looking cake.

Halloween Theme Wedding Cake
I am totally in love with impression tiles for fondant/gumpaste!! Cobble stone is chocolate fondant. Everything is edible with the exception of the spiders & the skeleton parts. I was at the reception when guests were arriving & I couldn't have been more proud when I heard all the compliments the Bride & Groom were getting on the cake.
