End Of Quarter Party
This was a cake made for my husband's Masters Program End of Quarter Party. So being told on Thursday, that oh by the way we need a cake for Saturday, this is what I threw together. Made to look like a white erase board, which is what they use, with eraser and marker. The blue specks everywhere are there on purpose! You can never get a white board all the way clean it seems! My husband provided me with the equations and sayings for the board.

Mickey Pirate Cake
This was for my son's 5th birthday. This was the easiest cake I've ever put together and I did it on short notice. Bought the toppers as a toy set at EPCOT and just put together the rest. The sand is crushed graham cracker and I used little fondant waves to connect to the two cakes. The round was a white cake while the sheet cake was a chocolate. It was a big hit and probably my most favorite cakes to date. Please! Comment on it and let me know what you think! Still new to decorating!

Cinderella Wedding Cake
This is a buttercream wedding cake I did for a gal I work with. We both work part time at the Disney Store and of course are big Disney FREAKS! She wanted a three tier cake with Mickey heads on the sides instead of the usual dots. And I came up with the simple dot on dot border for the bottom edges. Which if you looked closely looked like hidden Mickeys on it. The flowers are royal icing. It's a 6, 10, 14. My first wedding cake as well. I actually loved how it turned out and am very happy with it

Girl Scout Cake
This was a cake I did for my neighbor for her daughter's year end scout meeting. They loved it! It was my first attempt at using chocolate buttercream on a chocolate cake and may I say I AM A FAN now! YUM! This was pretty easy to do. It was 4- 6 inch rounds with one side cut to a point and fitted all together. Iced in chocolate and Pink BC. Any questions just PM me!
