Pink Gumball Machine
This was a fun and easy cake to make! I used pan sizes 10", 9", 8" (x2), 6", and half of the small sports ball pan by wilton. I was brave enough to do this with white cake but stacked, carved and let sit overnight so it could settle before I iced it and covered it with fondant. It is best to start your carving at the bottom for a cake like this as it gives an easier, more clean angle and helps prevent the edges of your cake from coming of in chunks. I also did my fondant in 2 sections, leaving a seam in the front and back (which people said made it look more realistic) and it won't weight your cake down, as opposed to drapping your fondant over the top like normal. I used one wide plastic dowel for the center support and 4 wooden dowel rods around that. The support was perfect and my cake didn't sink or sag at all and was very stable. TFL!

80Th Birthday Violin
White cake carved from a stacked and filled 2 layer 11x15 sheet cake iced in white icing and covered in fondant. Mixed brown and red food color with about 4 TBSP water and painted onto violin. . Handle is a cake board covered in fondant and propped onto black styrofoam. Fondant roses and rose petals. You can kinda see the imprint of "happy birthday" below the rose...I traced it in white icing after transport to avoid it messing up. TFL!

Ashlyn's Mmclubhouse
First birthday for a Mickey fan! I used the soccer ball pan for the body and a 16" oval for the "sheet" cake. Rice Crispies for the hand and foot, gumpaste slide and styrofoam mickey head. Smash cake for baby was strawberry and the cupcakes were white cake. All inspired by CC. Thank you!!

Sweet 16
I used white icing and whipped it maybe a bit too much...I couldn't help the holes in the icing but, the birthday girl designed this cake (even bigger!!) but, they weren't needing to feed more then 20-30 (yes, this is all cake! Good luck, guys hehe.) Gumpaste roses, ribbons and numbers/letters and fondant extras TFL!
