This time my son got married and again I had the priviledge to do their cake i put a lot of effort into it to keep it plain and simple as his wife wanted it that way - the box stand same as pic 1 but with a new cover satin white and a motiff sewn on just to break it up a little i think she was delighted with it -

This is my first attempt now at a three tier and i decorated with silk flowers and made a box stand for it to give it some height i enjoyed making this cake for my daughters wedding i know it wasn't the best cake in the world but it had a lot of love attached !!

This is my first tiered wedding cake and its made from a 100yr old fruit wedding cake recipe from the west of Ireland has good quality brandy/whiskey the design is my own and came as i worked along on it
