German Chocolate Cake

This was my first scratch cake. I really liked making it and everyone loved it. :) It was a three layer 9 inch cake.

Snowflake Wedding

This was a super simple cake for a very small wedding. I actually made this without ever meeting the bride ... talk about stressful lol 10, 8, 6 inch double layers with bavarian cream filling all done in buttercream.

Cheerleader Body

This was for a mans birthday ... the theme was football and his wife wanted a sexy cheerleader ... this is what I came up with. I used a half sheet cake for the body and the sports ball pan for the chest. All iced in buttercream and the skirt is fondant.

Catapiller

This was for a little boys second birthday ... the invitations had bugs on it and I loved this cake on wiltons site so I just changed up the colors a little. The cakes alternated in chocolate and white cake. I used the sports ball pan to make it ... all iced in buttercream.

Snowman

white cake with oreo cookie filling ... this was sooo much fun to make. 10, 8 and 6 inch cake with oreo cookie filling. Not sure what size pan the hat was but it was a little pan I picked up at the cake supply shop. All decorations are buttercream.

Topsy Turvy

This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake ... I had to drive about 2 hours with it so I played it on the safe side lol

Dora Stars

Sugar cookies to go with the dora cake ... this was my first attempt at sugar cookies with royal icing.

Dora Birthday

This was for my niece Alexis. White cake with buttercream icing and oreo cookie filling. The stars and letters were made from starbursts.

Simple Birthday Cake

I did this for my uncle. It was a last minute thing and only spent about a half hour decorating it. I haven't taken any classes so I kind of just guess what to do with the tips ... thats why the boarders aren't very good. If you have any critism please tell me ... I'd love to learn how to make it better.
