This was a simple yellow cake. The bride wanted bavarian creme and raspberry filling in all layers with vanilla-almond buttercream icing. She chose the ribbon and flowers for the decoration. Very simple but elegant. Be honest with your feedback decorators, please!!!!
This was my first "sold" cake! I know it's huge, but the customer wanted a double layer sheet cake.
Not completely happy with the final result, but overall considering I started with no experience what so ever...I'm proud!

These cakes were for my two nephew's birthdays. This is my first attempt at a star decorated cake. I used the two oval pans from the course II kit for the cakes. They're Devil's food chocolate with buttercream/chocolate buttercream icing, chocolate mousse filling.
This is Devil's food chocolate with chocolate pudding and whipped cream filling, chocolate buttercream icing. I decorated this in class the night we learned reverse shells, rosettes, and chrysanthemums. I think those are my favorite borders so far!
This is my finale cake for course II. By how I stressed over those roses!
I'm new to this site, but have already feel in love! This is my first decorated birthday cake for some other than immediate family. It is lemon cake with lemon pudding and whipped cream filling. Buttercream icing. I'm just starting Wilton course II, so I'm pretty proud of this cake!
