In The Jungle

2-tier fondant covered jungle theme cake to coordinate with my son's second birthday invitation at our local zoo. First tier is fondant with fondant grass accents and brown sugar sand. The second tier is etched and airbrushed for the palm tree and the leaves are airbrushed wafer paper with "whopper" candy "nuts."

Carved vanilla cake covered in fondant with royal icing fringe. The base is a wide base candle stick holder.

Human Heart

Human heart cake carved, iced with heated buttercream and fondant inferior, superior vena cava, aorta and pulmonary vessels. This cake was made for a local hospitals cardiovascular surgery techs but would also be great for halloween.

Old Buzzard

3-D chocolate cake. Unfortunately the picture does not show that there are 3 levels to the cake. The head is made of fondant with "spaghetti" hairs. This cake was for my father and uncles' shared birthday party.

Serta Sheep

Chocolate, buttercream filled cake covered in rolled fondant for the serta mattress and two individual mini. domes for the serta sheep on top with fondant accents. A fun cake to make and it only took about 3 1/2 hrs to make including baking cakes and making buttercream.

Cactus Cake

EASY, QUICK cake to compliment my daughters 3rd birthday pony cake. White cake made with Wilton sports ball pan. Iced with star tip and accented with fire orange flowers and toothpick thistles. Presented in pie tin with crushed cinnamon grahams or chocolate cookies.

Pony Cake

chocolate layer cake, halved and stacked, hand-carved, filled and covered with bc. Mane added with multi-colored bc. This was for my daughters 3rd birthday party, complete with pony rides.
