Brightly Colored Flowers
These cakes were for a coworker's family reunion, where they were also celebrating a 40th birthday party. They wanted the 1/2 sheet cake to be simple, so I put 48 flower on it so that each piece would have a flower. The half sheet is actually two quarter sheets put together -- one white and one chocolate.

Cupcake Wedding
Simple cupcake wedding cake. Used the bottom 4 tiers of the Wilton Tall Tier cake stand. Top cake is white cake with buttercream icing. Ribbon and bow are made of real ribbon. Cupcakes are white cake with buttercream icing and royal icing flowers in sage green. This was done as a gift for my husband's brother and his wife, who had an informal ceremony in the middle of a beautiful apple orchard.

Graduation Book Cake
This is a graduation cake I did recently (photos are blacked out for purposes of posting here). The left side had a baby picture and the right side was a current picture of the graduate. I used the larger of the Wilton book pans, but put it on top of an 11x15 cake to make it taller. This was a lot of cake and very heavy. If you make a cake this large, I recommend putting it on a plywood cake board to keep it from cracking.

Chocolate Birthday Cake
This was a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and MMF lettering and bow. I let this crust a bit too long before I tried to finish smoothing the icing, so it cracked a bit, but this was for a family member so I didn't worry too much about it. The cracks were actually less obvious in person, but I think the flash on my camera made them stand out more!

Carrot Cupcakes
These cupcakes are carrot cake with cream cheese icing, topped with a royal icing "carrot". Something that worked out nicely, but a bit unexpectedly, is that once the royal icing carrots sat on top of the cupcakes overnight, they softened up a bit and weren't hard as rocks. It was great.
