This is a cake i did for two co-workers. One of them had a birthday, and the other had a brand new puppy! Cake is double layer - 1 layer chocolate and 1 layer egg nog cake. Chocolate buttercream filling and frosting. (Horse deco is a inside joke)
Top layer is white cake with lemon filling, bottom cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling. Both are covered with buttercream frosting. Violets are royal icing.

Here is a picture of the cake I made for a friend's (who goes by the name "Wolf") birthday. It was a devils food cake covered with ganache. It had a raspberry mousse filling. Letters on top are made of royal icing.

This was my Course III cake - we have a really cool teacher who said we didn't have to make that Pink Bow Square Cake if we didn't want to, and that we can basically make the cake how we wanted...... so nobody in the class made the pink bow cake. Each cake was so different also. Anyways, it was fun.
