My first cake I have done in a long time it is a butter yellow cake the party throwers just said it was a under the sea theme and however i wanted to do the cake was all up to me ... it is all buttercream with graham cracker sea bottom and for the bottom border and chocolate sea shells and to baby sea turtles for good luck... the date on the picture is wrong i made it today april 12th 2007 for some reason my camra wont hold the date right enjoy and any helpful hints are welcome

Spaghetti AnyOne??? A brain cake(half a sports ball pan) with blood sauce(cherry syrup) and eye balls (fondent) on a bed of cob web. And a garlic foot (fondent) the shredded toe nails (shredded coconut ) for the cheese.
Well this was my first fondent attempt it was ok but will def try it again ...also i got lucky it was a practice cake cause my 2 and 4yr old decided to help themselves to the iceing this morning ..i tried to fix it the best i could for a pic..lol
This was done for a friends sister she and this guy met on the net and well it went from distant cells to wedding bells ... the cell phones on the cake are chocolate made with the mini loaf pans.. The heat took a toll on the cake ..but they all loved it..
this was made for my little neice she turned 2 , it was left up to me to suprise my sister after i told her that i did not think her strawberry cake would not be big enough to feed 30 people.. and this is what i did after hunting for a few days..
