Pattycake.jpg
This is the cowpatty cake that was requested by the bride for my grandsons wedding. The tumble bugs were made from clay and couldn't be ate. The balls they were rolling were chocolate cherry balls. The grass was colored coconut. The frost was a mixture of milk chocolate and white buttercream with green coloring added. As hard as it is to believe this cake was ate up first. I didn't think anyone would take a bite. The groom cut and served this one.

Wedding Cake
This is my second wedding cake. I don't have photos of the first one. On this one i used the white almond sour cream cake recipe and the white canned buttercream frosting from wiltons. This was for an outdoor reception in June. We kept the cake in a refrigerated aired camper until the last minute so it wouldn't melt. It worked great and everyone said it was the moistest cake they had ever tasted.
