Hi Dulcera! It's not a stem just a toothpick i used to hold it while painting as this modelling chocolate frangipani was melting in my hands :)

Oops, modeling chocolate, sorry for saying it was GP. Could be done in either medium. Thank you for sharing your instructions with us.

No worries Leanne, it can in any event be done in either medium but chocolate is testier and no need to wait, nor glue to see the final result! In less than 5 minutes you make a frangipani :D
