Ok I am lost... new at this... too also had brain surgery and don't comprehend a lot of the reading... easier if someone explains to me.... for I am making a Birthday cake for a girl who turns 16 this month... she had me get two pans for it... both are 3 inches deep both are round.... one is 8 inches round the other is 12 inches round.... so how much Chocolate Cake do I need for this..... How do I keep the top on the bottom.... Anyone know where I can buy a box big enough for the girl to carry it to her party from my house.... Also how much Chocolate Frosting would I need and then White for the stripes on the top and circles on the bottom..... Please help.....
Question, if I am baking a round cake and making it 3 layers 2inches deep each one is the serving amount the same?
