I made this cake for a little girl's 10th birthday. She requested a Letter R Diva Cake. The design was up to me. You will see in the other picture that I added a Diva sign before delivery. I think that this picture shows all the angles and sides best.

Crazy I know! The young lady making her confirmation, wanted a zebra print covered cross, with hot pink polka dots and a bow! She was thrilled!
Cut a cross from a 1/2 sheet cake, covered w/ fondant. Fondant bow.

This is a wedding cake i had to make for a couple who had organized their wedding party in a Zoo.
It had to be a Zebra cake, so i invented a Zebra like pattern with sugarpaste.
The fillings were all jamaican rum.

I am getting such a huge response with my zebra cakes in my home town, but I don't want them all to look exactly the same, so I am trying to make it a little different.

This was for a friend's Birthday. It is dark chocolate cake with BC. This was a fun cake to make! I wanted to do something different with the borders, but I ran out of time...I didn't even have time to do a top border! Oh well, I still think it turned out cute.

This is the cake I made last week for my sister's 50th birthday. It is the first stacked cake and the biggest cake I have ever made so far. I was so happy that it didn't fall over! It is 14, 10, and 6. The stripes and roses are made of candy clay and the "50" is made with candy melts, pink decorations dusted with pink cake sparkles. I got all of my ideas from this website. I don't know how anyone can decorate a cake without it!

This was my version of Amanda Panda's daughter's birthday cake done for a friend's niece's birthday. It was yellow cake on top and chocolate on bottom with cookies n cream filling from CC. I liked it - except they wanted 10" and 8" cakes, and it would've looked sooo much cuter if it was 10" and 6" on top. Oh well! The little girl loved it anyways!

Lemon poppy seed bottom, chololate middle and WASC top layer. Fondant covered. First time using the edible jewels on bottom layer, really liked them, they added sparkle but in this picture you can't tell. This was really only the second cake I've ever covered in fondant.

This was a cake I made for my sisters 20th birthday. She loves PINK and zebra stripes. This was my third cake and the first time I have ever used fondant. Both cakes are classic white and frosted with buttercream. They are covered in fondant and the stripes are hand-cut. The roses and writing are buttercream and are pearl dusted. Thanks to everyone who answered my questions on zebra stripes!! TFL!!

This was made for my daughter and 2 of her friends who shared a party. Inspired by another cake from CC. The top cake lost some frosting just as I was getting ready to take the pic, so it looks a little funny. The girls loved it though.
