Used the 3-D lamb pan for the initial shape then added on cut cake pieces for ears, paws.and tail. Added a part of a cupcake for the muzzle to the male cub as the pan was reversed. One cake was Caramel Pecan and the other was a Spice cake.

My first attempt with Tiger Lillies...They seem to look brighter in the picture, but the color isn't too strong...Still need to steam them for a softer and more blended look.

Tiger cake sculpted from 1/4 sheet & 8 inch round. Iced in buttercream & shaped with small offset spatula. Paws & tail piped icing. Color & detailing done with airbrush. Pasta "wiskers" & almond sliver "claws". This was made for my father-in-law when he was inducted into the Clemson University Hall of Fame. GO TIGERS!

Clemson vs Carolina - Both Buttercream transfers. the white between the paw prints kinda forced the prints to mesh together, but it turned out ok. Everyone loved it!!

Made with pound cake (including the head), and covered in MMF. Airbrushed orange/brown and handpainted black. I was worried for awhile how it was going to look but I am actually happy with it!

I will never make these again unless I charge $5 a cupcake. I charged the guy $2.50 a cake and they took me forever and they still didn't come out how I wanted. Candy doating the bottom of a cupcake and getting it to be smooth is near impossible. The details on the face were hard too!

8" square with BC icing and BCT. First time doing a BCT and WOW I love it! Why didn't I try it before.......... Still do not like icing square cakes... just can't seem to get the hang of it like a round cake.. so I had to add vertical corner borders to hide my not perfect corners. :(

This was a birthday cake with an LSU theme. It's a German chocolate cake, with German chocolate frosting on the sides and between the layers. The top is a FBCT to look like an eye of the LSU tiger -- based on a new logo the school uses. This was my first FBCT. It was a really fun technique to try -- and I learned it here.

The customer just wanted the baby einstein characters around a tiered cake (with matching cupcakes). Funfetti 10, 8, 3" layers....the 3" was the 'smash' cake for the birthday girl. Buttercream icing with colorflow and gumpaste accents. I'll upload pics of the sides as well so you can see all the colorflow pieces....it was my first try at colorflow and I had some cracking issue, but overall, I love this technique! Thanks for looking!

This goes with the pig face I made for the teachers at the school where I teach. Our mascot is the tiger. I think the cakes were a hit because they were both gone before lunch but I went into premature labor that day so I didn't get much feedback.
