This cake is strawberry on top and chocolate on the bottom. It has chocolate and strawberring buttercream icing for the filling. This is a real barbie doll form the movie Tangled (Rapunzel). I had a hard time getting her in the cake....I had to cut out a lot of cake to fit her but and legs. :) I almost broke her legs off, but the customer would have been mad....she bought the doll for her daughter. I also had to put her hair up in plastic wrap until the frosting was done. That was tricky with all the hair that she had. But, the girl loved the cake! I was pleased how well it turned out....her dress lookes identical to the dress she was wearing! So happy, too because this was my firrst paying customer! I hope to have more customers.....:)

Chocolate and Vanilla cupcakes with whipped cream frosting. I printed off the Tangled movie designs onto cardstock paper and taped them to sticks to make my own cupcake picks.

This is my first princess castle cake. It was inspired by the Disney movie Tangled. I basically just used the color schemes as I am not experienced enough to make a replica of the castle. This cake took forever but it was a lot of trial and error. Everything is edible except for the flags on top of the towers.

Cousin wanted a Tanged Repunzel tower cake. Got the inspiration from another member on the board. Roof of tower did not come out as I had planned due to last minute disaster but they loved it.

My daughter loves the movie, Tangled. We had her party at a stable, so I used Maximus the horse to tie the two themes together.

Our niece, Natalie, wanted a Rapunzel cake for her birthday, so I decided to try my first doll cake for her. I wanted to have plenty of cake so I made an extra cake also with her name on it. I did the lettering with candy melts, gum paste roses (recycled from my last class cake earlier this week), fondant & gum paste leaves. The cakes are chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling, buttercream icing on the extra cake. Buttercream and fondant on the doll cake. I had a long hair extension that I tied in with her hair to make it like Rapunzel's hair. Real doll in the cake, wrapped in Seran up to the waist. I know I had a lot of flaws, but it's my first try and I really enjoyed doing it for her.

This is a 2 foot tall cake for a very special girl who loves the movie Tangled. The bottom cakes were 8" and 12" flower pans. The tower is made out of four 4" x 4" round cake pans, dowels, plastic cake plates, part of a Styrofoam cup, RKT, and a Rapunzel doll from the movie Tangled. All cakes were coated in Sugar Shacks Buttercream and covered in Fondx Fondant. Thanks for looking!!!

This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Rapunzel is freehanded on top of cake. Her hair flows down the side of the cake and encircles the bottom to create a border of hair. All done in buttercream.

This is a cake I created for a friend of mine's friend's daughter. She loved the Disney movie Tangled, and I was really inspired by the beautiful tower that she was kept in. This is the most detailed and time consuming cake I've done so far. The cake is supported by metal pipe on a heavy wooden base, connected with flanges. The pipe is covered in cereal treats, then covered in modeling chocolate. The cake is chocolate with chocolate frosting, wrapped in fondant. The roof is molded cereal treats covered in fondant. I stamped out hundreds of tiny tiles out of fondant, and most of the decorations are a fondant/gum paste mixture. I then painted it all with edible paints and added greenery with colored icing. This cake was super challenging, and I'm so glad it's finished!

Repunzel's tower from Tangled. Matching cupcakes went along with this cake for my little cousin's birthday. She has an egg allergy, so this cake had to be egg free, and did not stack as well as my cakes normally do.
