This is my first attempt at topsy turvy. As you can tell I did the bottom layer first, (not as pretty as the top) This was a family event, my husband and Son were supposed to make it all but husband had a mid term so I made the cake, frosting, fondant, sugar sticks and floss and assembled the cake and they did decorations.

No fail sugar cookie recipe with Alice's cookie icing. This is the BEST cookie icing I've found... perfect taste. Everyone, including my husband who hates icing on cookies, LOVED this recipe.

Used the Wilton recipe for Baby Shower Cookies and Icing. This was the toughest project I'd done and will never follow a Wilton recipe again! I've made cookies since with Antonia74's recipe with so much more success and a lot less frustration!

This cake was for Ginger (a Datsun dog) who was celebrating her 5th Birthday. She loves to play with mice and so she has a mouse trapped with her foot. The whole top of the cake is FBCT with the picture outlined.

This cake was made for a family who adopted 3 small children. The three on the far right are the additions to the family. They wanted to celebrate! It's butter recipe cake with rasberry filling. BC icing. I thought it turned out really cute.

I did these for my dd's preschool christmas party. The kids loved them. They were simple enough for her to help decorate with sprinkles and didn't take long at all.

These are two variations of the cookie boquets that I did for easter. I found the tins at Wal-mart for $1.00 a piece and loaded up on them. On this order I also included 6-2" chocoalte chip cookies, I had originally planned on putting them in the tin also, but didn't want them to dry out so I will have to figure out something else for next time.

This was made for my cousin's 2nd birthday. His party was a farm theme, so I made this cake to go along
with that. It's an 11x15 cut to shape and iced in red buttercream. The roof lining and silo roof are done in
white buttercream. After it crusted I used the spatula to make the lines down the cake resembling boards. The doors are crackers lined with pretzles. Grass is made from tinted coconut and the hay is shoestring potato
sticks. Of course the animals are graham crackers. :-)

The customer wanted a cake with stick figures and said to put on as many as I could. This is what I came up with. The cake is covered in fondant and I drew the stick people on with a decorating marker.

Thanks to mcalhoun for the inspiration on cake design and flavor...NEAPOLITAN! Yummy! Inspired by many cakes on CC and from Cakes by Sam.
Outside design is fondant as well as the pool stick. And I used gum balls for the pool balls! This was fun to make! Thanks for looking!

These were favors for a baby shower with a "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" theme. They are on a stick with wire stars attached to the ribbon. They have chocolate drizzled across them. I wouldn't usually post a cookie, but these were a BIG hit.

Groom's cake for a guy who was a police officer. They didn't have any ideas and wanted me to just come up with something so I asked the couple to take a pic of him arresting her. After the picture was taken, I placed a blinking light on the cake next to the radio that flashed red and blue lights like a cop car's cherry lights. It ws a hit!

Blue Prince Crowns with NFSC & rolled fondant, Antonia's royal icing. Colored sugar glitter accents. Favors made for a little girls second birthday. The girls got a pink one posted earlier. They came out larger than I expected. I baked them on the stickes stuck in the middle of the raw dough.

This is the third time I have made this type of decorated cookie, and the first time I have made it into a basket. Made other cookies but these are the ones that turned out nice enough to give away. The first two attempts at making the glaze I about quit it was so frustrating, but I think I am getting it finally. haha.
