I made this cake probably about 4 years ago for a co-workers birthday. Another co-worker found the picture in a magazine and gave the idea to me. It was a lot of fun, but a ton of piping making all of the spaghetti noodles!

This is a Basic 1-2-3-4 Cake with Dulce de Leche filling and buttercream icing - I was very excited because this was my first ever FBCT and I was so nervous it wouldn't be done right but I think it went well - My uncle is a chef and this guy looks like a caricature of him so I can't wait to give it to him this afternoon!

I did this spaghetti and meatballs for an 80th birthday with an italian theme as all the family is italian. I made the white cake in my large pyrex bowl, torted and filled with some raspberry pie filling mixed with some of my buttercream. Iced in buttercream and then thinned the rasp pie filling with hot water, used ferraro rocher as meatballs and some grated white choc for the parmasean cheese. The client loved it and couldn't believe how much it looked like spaghetti and meatballs.

Made for my mothers birthday, her favorite meal. I kept it a secret from her and the family went to Italian dinner that night and she ordered this meal. Then when we unvealed the cake she was surprised. Even our waitress thought it was really neat. We even gave her a slice. Thanks to everyone here who has ever made this cake! Your info was fantastic.

Just wanting to add new cakes to our website. I love all the spaghetto cakes on here so I thought I'd give it a shot. Noodles are cream cheese icing tubed out and sauce is watered down icing colored redish brown and the meatballs are cake balls made from red velvet cake.

This is my first try at a spaghetti & meatball cake. It's chocolate fudge cake, buttercream for the pasta, piping gel tinted with holiday red and Ferero Roche Chocolates for the meatballs. It was a success at the dinner party I took it to last night. Fooled some people for the real Thanks to all the cc members who made this cake before which inspired me.

After seeing a few pictures of this cake, I had to try it. My husband didn't think I could make cake look like spaghetti and meatballs but he was eating his words after seeing this! This was so easy! I just crumb coated the cake and then covered it in BC noodles with tip #5. The meatballs are chocolate dipped cake balls and the sauce is thinned down strawberry jam with a bit of yellow tint. It took this to our monthly "after-aerobics" potluck and everybody loved it.

This was for my daughters 10th birthday. We took this to the restaurant and they told us we were not aloud to bring our own food. She laughed when I told her it was a cake. It is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and chocolate hazelnut balls for the meatballs. I used strawberry jam for the sauce.

Spaghetti and (Ferrero Rocher) meatballs, with pureed strawberry ice cream topping for sauce and grated white chocolate for the parmesan cheese. And there is an 8" cake underneath all that "spaghetti"! A co-worker wanted a spaghetti and meatball cake and I got all of the ideas from CC!! Thanks!!

Thank you to all those awesome spaghetti cakes in the gallery! What fun! I used tip 5 as other suggested and took out the real spaghetti to color it to match. I used BC and used golden yellow and ivory for the spaghetti. I used half a ball pan and cake scraps to make the meatballs, homemade piping gel for the red sauce and shaved white choc. for parmesean. I took it for a display today at the craft center and the Okinawans could not believe it was cake! Too funny!
